By playing games on doubleup2.com (also available at our previous address, doubleup-games.web.app) you agree to these Terms.
Using the games
Our games are provided free for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for abuse, cheat, or interfere with the service or other players. We may suspend accounts or reverse rewards obtained through cheating or abuse of the service.
Your game account
When you first play, we create an anonymous game account for your browser. Your coins, lives, boosters and best score are saved to it on our servers. If you clear your browser data without linking a Google account, that anonymous account — and the progress on it — cannot be recovered. Link a Google account using Save progress to keep your progress across devices.
Virtual items & purchases
- Coins and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Purchases (e.g. coin packs, ad removal) are processed by our payment partner Xsolla. Virtual items are delivered to your in-game wallet after payment is confirmed.
- Except where required by law, purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable once delivered. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the items it delivered are removed from your wallet.
- Each game has its own wallet. Coins bought in one game cannot be used in another.
Advertising
The games may display ads (including optional rewarded ads) served by Google AdSense. Ad content is provided by third parties and is subject to their terms.
What "Remove Ads" covers. Buying Remove Ads removes the interstitial ads shown between rounds, permanently and on any device you sign in with. It does not remove the optional rewarded ads — those are the ones you choose to watch in exchange for coins, an extra life or a revive, and they stay available so you keep earning those rewards.

The games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the games, to the extent permitted by law.
